Operations Manager
Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. In this role you will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track. Travel to projects across the US is required.

Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States.

- Develop Associates: Provide supervision and development opportunities; listen and act on ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns; evaluate talent, train, mentor, and recognize; identify career paths for associates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.
TravelFrequent travel up to 1000 miles from home; expect to be away 80% of the time, or for 17–21 days at a time. Travel areas change as business needs; mileage reimbursed and overnight stays paid.
SalaryThe annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
- OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute).
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; support company values and ethics.
- Provide and support business solutions; build relationships with stakeholders; identify business needs; monitor progress and results; adapt to changing demands.
