What You Will DoAs an Installation Engineer specializing in Security Systems, you will install Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, and CCTV. You will ensure that all installations meet industry standards, delivering exceptional service with your technical expertise. You will proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations and builds strong relationships.
- Install security devices safely and responsibly, ensuring no injuries, property damage, or wasted materials.
- Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks with the planning team to meet project deadlines.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including work reports and handover certificates.
- Essential: Experience in the Security industry.
- Essential: A valid driving license.
- Essential: Physical capability to lift and climb ladders.
- Essential: Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Preferred: Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City and Guilds).
