An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Room Attendant at Holiday Inn Express in Poole. You will join a developing employer passionate about delivering first‑class service and a quality employee experience. Your role is to ensure that each bedroom is cleaned to the highest standards while reporting any defects.

• Service and clean our guest bedrooms (full departure clean or a pull up for a current in‑house guest).
• Ensure all allocated rooms are cleaned to standard before the end of your shift.
• Change bed and bathroom linen.
• Mop and clean bathroom and bedroom floors, and wipe surfaces.
• Ensure all mirrors and internal windows are clean and free of debris and grease.
• Replenish any of our courtesy items in all rooms, including bathroom amenities.
• Complete non‑daily tasks such as flipping mattresses, cleaning curtains, and high dusting as and when required.
• Report any defects, maintenance or repairs within guest rooms as soon as possible on the hotel’s maintenance recording system.
• Lend a hand to colleagues in other areas of the Housekeeping Team when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow all Group Policies and procedures regarding Fire, Health & Safety, and Security standards at all times.
• Record and store any of our guests’ items that have been left behind or lost.
