• Changing bed linen and replenishing guest or household supplies as required
• Reporting maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate person
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Delivering a consistent, professional service across each assignment

• Previous experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality environment
• A strong eye for detail and a high personal standard of cleanliness
• A reliable, punctual approach to every assignment
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team
• Flexibility to take on varying shift patterns
