We are seeking a friendly and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our team in Poole, United Kingdom. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong people skills, reliability, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and common areas Respond promptly and courteously to guest enquiries and requests
• Support the team with food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Assist with room preparation and turnover, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
• Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately using hospitality systems
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and guest services
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering telephones and managing correspondence
• Work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
• Support special events and functions with setup, service, and breakdown activities

• Proven customer service experience in a hospitality or similar service-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally
• Strong organisational abilities and time keeping skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and shift patterns
