• Operating 360 degree cranes and bailers safely during daily yard activities
• Carrying out lifting, loading and unloading tasks to maintain consistent material flow
• Supporting wider yard operations and working collaboratively with site teams
• Completing pre‑use machinery checks and reporting any defects promptly
• Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a tidy working area

• A valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 degree operation
• Proven experience operating cranes, excavators or similar machinery
• Strong understanding of safe working practices and site regulations
