The Role & Responsibilities

Working in our busy BH16 workshop, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnostics: Using modern equipment to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Servicing & Maintenance: High-quality work across a wide range of makes and models.
  • Major Repairs: Handling cambelts, clutches, brakes, and suspension work.
  • Quality Standards: Ensuring every vehicle meets strict safety and workmanship criteria.
  • Communication: Working with the team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
  • Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven track record in a busy workshop or garage environment.
  • Technical Skill: Strong diagnostic ability and general mechanical competence.
  • Attitude: Reliable, professional, and a genuine team player.
  • License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
