Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Caretakers to begin work for a well‑established company in the Bournemouth area.
About the Role- Working Hours – 52 Hours a week
- Pay Rate – £30,519 - £33,699 per annum
- Routine and preventative maintenance, including general repairs, plumbing, carpentry, site security, waste disposal, outdoor maintenance, setting up rooms for exams/events, and supporting health & safety compliance.
- Long‑term work for the right candidate.
- Start: ASAP.
- High work ethic & team player.
- Punctual & reliable.
- Physically robust, honest and flexible.
- Experience in maintenance repairs and the use of hand tools.
- Driving licence essential.
- Knowledge of plumbing/electrical works desirable.
- GCSE Level 2 Maths and English desirable.
- Enhanced DBS.
