We are currently recruiting for a Van Technician on behalf of our client in Poole, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to enhance their career within a reputable dealership environment. The successful individual will join a dedicated team committed to delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and customer satisfaction.

Competitive salary up to £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Overtime opportunities, including weekends
45-hour working week with flexible shift patterns, alternating early and late shifts

Duties:
Servicing and repairing a variety of vans as a Van Technician
Carrying out vehicle diagnostics and inspections in line with manufacturer standards
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently within designated time frames
Maintaining high levels of vehicle safety and service quality as a Van Technician
Updating job records and effectively communicating with team members and customers
Assisting with stock and parts management when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Van Technician within the motor trade
Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance and repair
Excellent diagnostic skills and technical ability
Ability to work well within a team and follow health and safety standards
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime, including possibly working Saturdays
A motivated and reliable approach, with a focus on quality work and customer satisfaction
