- Salary: Up to £50,000 fixed basic salary per annum (guaranteed top pay with zero bonus games)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)

- Workload: Serving as the shop floor technical lead, detailed RAC-standard inspections on high-spec 4x4s and prestige commercial vehicles, advanced electrical/mechanical diagnostics, and major mechanical overhauls

Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician / Master Mechanic to join our established Poole workshop team. You will be responsible for leading shop floor technical operations, executing advanced diagnostics, and delivering clean, precise "fixed-first-time" craftsmanship on high-spec vehicles.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification workshop experience with strong diagnostic capabilities.
- Independent problem-solving mindset and a commitment to high standards.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools (prestige, 4x4, or commercial experience is a major plus!).
- Base: Poole (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position offering fast, direct commutes across Dorset.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Poole mainline station and local bus routes.
- Commutable From: Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne Minster, Wareham, and Blandford Forum.
