In the role of Senior Administrative Assistant, we'll count on you to:
Responsibilities- Provide a variety of administrative functions, which may include administrative support for one or more executives, phone coverage, reading and routing incoming mail, scheduling appointments and processing expense reports
- Compose and organize materials and reports, and maintain records for work performed
- Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain budget or handle specific accounting responsibilities as needed
- Answer questions relating to company policies and procedures as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
- Associate degree or bachelors degree
- Experience working within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction environments
- Local candidates preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
