At our Pooler location, we're looking for a Car Deal Poster/Cleaner to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of vehicle sales and related documentation.

This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with a requirement for occasional Saturday work based on the completion of job tasks. If you're a team player with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, we'd love to have you onboard!

What You'll Do:

• Verify accuracy of paperwork, including but not limited to: title applications, vehicle registrations, credit applications, and finance contracts
• Calculate and confirm basic figures inside a car deal, such as taxes and commissions
• Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and receipt of down payments
• Assist in additional office functions and duties as designated by the department supervisor

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of data entry or administrative support experience
• Entry-level accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work independently with a high level of discretion
• Professional and respectful workplace conduct
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
