What You'll Be Doing

• Building estimates for residential new construction homes (slab, top-out, trim)
• Reviewing blueprints and specs to understand the full scope of work
• Figuring out materials, labor, and total job cost
• Working with builders and our internal team to lock in details before jobs start
• Keeping pricing organized and up to date
• Looking for ways to save money without cutting corners

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential plumbing or plumbing estimating (required)
• You can read blueprints and actually understand what you're looking at
• You're comfortable using Excel (nothing crazy, but you know your way around)
• Detail-oriented, you know small mistakes turn into big problems
• Able to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
• You don't need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done
