If you’ve worked in residential plumbing and understand how a job comes together, from slab to trim, and you can turn plans into solid, accurate numbers, this role will fit you.

This isn’t a “guess and hope” position. Your numbers matter, and they directly impact how we perform as a company.

• Building estimates for residential new construction homes (slab, top-out, trim)
• Reviewing blueprints and specs to understand the full scope of work
• Figuring out materials, labor, and total job cost
• Working with builders and our internal team to lock in details before jobs start
• Keeping pricing organized and up to date
• Looking for ways to save money without cutting corners

• Experience in residential plumbing or plumbing estimating (required)
• You can read blueprints and actually understand what you’re looking at
• You’re comfortable using Excel (nothing crazy, but you know your way around)
• Detail-oriented, you know small mistakes turn into big problems
• Able to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
• You don’t need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done

• Have been in the field and are ready to move into something more structured
• Like working independently but still being part of a team
• Want to be somewhere that’s busy, growing, and not going anywhere
