- A proactive approach to customer engagement
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center preferred
- Ability to direct conversations and close sales
- 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
- Preference for candidates with an Associate's degree or higher
- Experience in a sales-focused or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
