Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Create, update, and manage customer appointments in system platforms.
Process invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform daily audits of customer charges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review inbound receipts for accuracy, including lot numbers, expiration dates, carrier information, and load type.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify and resolve any damages or inventory discrepancies; report findings to customers in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints; determining the root cause; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting corrections or adjustments; and following up to ensure resolution.
Navigate multiple systems effectively for problem-solving and order management.
Conduct daily monitoring of all system activity related to customer orders and shipments.
Assist in coordination efforts with the leadership team to meet customer-specific KPIs (metrics).
Respond in a timely and professional manner to all internal and external emails, inquiries, requests, questions, issues, and concerns.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships and rapport with internal and external customers.
Prepare and distribute required customer reports, including open orders and short orders.
Update and maintain customer profile information, guides, and SOPs for all assigned accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
