Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Create, update, and manage customer appointments in system platforms.
- Process invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform daily audits of customer charges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review inbound receipts for accuracy, including lot numbers, expiration dates, carrier information, and load type.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify and resolve any damages or inventory discrepancies; report findings to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints; determining the root cause; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting corrections or adjustments; and following up to ensure resolution.
- Navegate multiple systems effectively for problem-solving and order management.
- Conduct daily monitoring of all system activity related to customer orders and shipments.
- Assist in coordination efforts with the leadership team to meet customer-specific KPIs (metrics).
- Respond in a timely and professional manner to all internal and external emails, inquiries, requests, questions, issues, and concerns.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships and rapport with internal and external customers.
- Prepare and distribute required customer reports, including open orders and short orders.
- Update and maintain customer profile information, guides, and SOPs for all assigned accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
