• Provides exceptional customer service across the club as needed, answering any questions members may have.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help them with purchases, and keep carts ready and available.
• Assist members in loading vehicles and support a great member experience.
• Conduct safety sweeps of the facility and report unsafe situations.
• Contact members to notify them when pickup time is delayed and offer alternative options when products are unavailable.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures.
• Assist members with transactions using cash registers, process payments, and handle various membership and payment types.
• Provide assistance with locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, and maintaining cart/flatbed availability.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote company products and services.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and customers.
• Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and communicate progress and information.
