A full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide essential support to students in a K‑8 school setting located in Pooler, GA. This role focuses on delivering speech and language services to children across grades K through 8, offering a rewarding opportunity to positively impact student communication development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence‑based interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support students communicative needs within the educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines.
  • Adapt services to meet fluctuating caseload demands and shifting staff assignments.
  • Provide on‑site support within the school setting during regular school hours (37.5 hours/week).
Qualifications And Experience
  • Valid Georgia SLP License and Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Certification.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working in K‑12 educational environments, especially in middle school settings.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to respond to rapidly changing caseloads and staffing needs.
Location
  • Pooler, GA; onsite placement in a K‑8 middle school setting.
