The Dispensary Associate guides customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on benefits and potential side effects. The role requires knowledge to speak about products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function is to facilitate a customer’s purchase in compliance with state regulations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Show empathy and compassion to patients.
• Deliver the Tru Experience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders promptly and efficiently.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Work with leadership and management to solve customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer profile.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record to fulfill delivery driver role.
• Follow all Trulieve Policies and Procedures as delivery associate.

• Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and experience in a similar field.
• Minimum age 21 (minimum 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Excellent people skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism, with confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members.
• Conversational English skills and competency with electronic equipment (computer, laptop) and telecommunication devices.
• Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the delivery driver role.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check.

• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, including confined spaces.
• Ability to see, hear, and use prosthetics as needed to support these senses.
• Independent functioning with flexibility, personal integrity, and effectiveness with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
