Role Description This part-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role is based in Pooler, GA. The Beauty Advisor supports customers by providing personalized product recommendations, explaining features and benefits, and demonstrating proper use of cosmetics and skin care items. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering product questions, maintaining displays and testers, and assisting with merchandising and inventory replenishment. The role also involves processing sales at the register, promoting current offers, and helping keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with company presentation standards.
Beauty Advisors collaborate with the team to meet sales goals while ensuring each customer has a friendly, informative, and inclusive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales experience.
- Applied beauty expertise, ideally with Cosmetology training or experience and practical Skin Care knowledge.
- Solid Product Knowledge in beauty, cosmetics, and skin care, with a willingness to learn new brands and trends.
- Clear verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to explain routines and product use in simple terms.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customers, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in beauty retail or salon settings is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
