Your Health Organization is seeking a Chaplain to serve Palliative/Hospice patients across the Savannah area. The role provides compassionate presence, meaning-making and spiritual guidance to patients and families from diverse faith backgrounds.
The full-time, 8‑hour schedule will involve spiritual assessments, counseling, rituals, bereavement support, and collaboration with the care team. Travel between offices is required; a licensed driver with a valid vehicle is expected.
