At ABLE Kids
, we help children with autism build communication, social, and life skills through one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children and want a career with purpose.
No RBT certification or ABA experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training and cover the cost of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children ages 2–6 to help them reach meaningful developmental milestones. Every day is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
- Teaching communication, play, social, and daily living skills
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collecting data to monitor each child's progress
- Collaborating with families and your clinical team
- Creating a positive, engaging learning environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification
- Current RBT certification or willingness to complete our company-sponsored training program
- $250 Sign-On Bonus for Certified RBTs
