As a Home Health Aide with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in your community while working collaboratively with our experienced professionals.

As a Home Health Aide with Modani Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, household chores, and light meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. You will work closely with our care coordinators to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with household chores, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our care coordinators
• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• 1 years of experience in a related field (training provided)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
