• Manage labor, inventory, and cost of goods with the discipline and precision of a true pitmaster; build and execute action plans that move the needle
• Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales
• Schedule the right people at the right times, because people make places

• 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant general manager level experience
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-paced environment
• You don't settle for "satisfactory to most." You work for a memorable experience every shift.
• Strong financial acumen with a focus on year-over-year growth, cost management, and guest metrics
• Clear, candid communicator with guests, team members, and leadership alike
• You trust people first and you work right every day to keep that trust
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

• Competitive Base Salary for our leaders:

• GM: $80k - $95k + Monthly Car Allowance
• AGM / Chef: $75k to $85k
• Assistant Manager / Kitchen Manager: $65k-$75k
