Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

• Operate forklift following company standards by safely picking up, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other partners.
• Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and maintaining required logs.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, providing guidance, supporting self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, cleaning displays, and maintaining modular integrity.
• Process defective merchandise, monitor shrink/security risks, and ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Assist with club pickup orders and staging, ensuring proper selection, staging, and audit accuracy.
• Handle inventory, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report poor practices.
• Operate and maintain forklifts safely, reporting conditions and ensuring equipment is organized and stocked correctly.
• Proactively identify customers in need, engage them, and provide technology services and items.
• Identify shrink opportunities, solve problems, and maintain equipment condition.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification and ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
