A large-scale cold storage and distribution operation is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to support mission-critical industrial systems in a demanding warehouse environment. Daily Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial refrigeration systems
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic tools, and related equipment
• Support warehouse and cold storage facility maintenance operations
• Diagnose mechanical and refrigeration issues and complete timely repairs
• Follow OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols
• Operate effectively in environments ranging from
  -20F to 100F
• Use PPE and company-provided freezer gear during daily operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support facility uptime

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or industrial maintenance
• Proven industrial refrigeration experience in cold storage or similar environments
• ETA or RETA Industrial Refrigeration Course One certification required
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting practices
• Experience working with conveyor systems, motors, and pneumatic tools
• OSHA and workplace safety knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to remain on your feet in a physically active role for extended periods
• Willingness to complete RETA recertification every three years on personal study time
• Ability to meet Drug-Free Workplace requirements
