* + Serve as a Brand Ambassador through exceptional service and leadership.

+ Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.

+ Develop and implement restaurant marketing and promotional activities.

+ Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales, service, and quality objectives.

+ Oversee employee performance appraisals and maintain schedules.

** Essential

Skills and Experience:

* + 3-5 years of related experience in a managerial role.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

+ Ability to effectively coach and develop team members.

+ Knowledge of back office tools and quick adaptability to new software.

* + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and maintain mobility throughout the workday.

+ Must be able to perform duties at any station in the kitchen or service area.
