The ideal candidates should have expertise in Shielded Metal Arc (SMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc (TIG), Metal Inert Gas (MIG), and Plasma Arc Welding (PAW). Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, interpreting drawings, performing detailed inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates with a high school diploma and at least 2 years of welding experience are encouraged to apply.
