This position is responsible for performing the function of Product Control line‑feeding, material outages and shortages.

Full Time, Non‑Exempt

Pooler, Georgia: 2000 Bamford Blvd. Pooler, GA 31322.

• Lead and oversee the daily activities of team members responsible for delivering materials to line‑side to prevent manufacturing part shortages when material is available
• Actively support and develop the team and team members
• Participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving teams
• Continuously measure and improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost
• Conduct daily safety meetings and team meetings
• Provide training and feedback to fellow team members to help facilitate JCB Production System
• Must be able to perform the team leader role and responsibilities as outlined on the JCB production system
• Champion and maintain 5S practices and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations

• 4 years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre‑employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

• 6 years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑stress environment.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Collaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterprise.
• Ability to understand processes (system and non‑system), troubleshoot, develop, and recommend solutions.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be a self‑motivated team player.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.

• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
• Subject to noise and temperature changes.
