Position PurposeThis position is responsible for Facilitating Classroom & Hands-On Training for all New Hire & Existing Team members in Manufacturing.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- Run & Coordinate New Hire Orientation Efforts
- Facilitate New Hire Training for Manufacturing Employees
- Facilitate Forklift (PIV) Training for New & Existing Employees
- Facilitate JCB Equipment Training New & Existing Employees
- Conduct New Hire Follow Ups for each employee within their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd week.
- Conduct SOP/Training Audits to identify Training opportunities.
- Facilitate Annual Safety Topics as Needed
- Maintaining Training Records & Compliance
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 2 years of Training Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Minimum of 2 years of Heavy Equipment Experience
- Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Facilitation Certificate
- Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Collaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterprise.
- Ability to understand processes (system and non-system), troubleshoot, develop, and recommend solutions.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be a self-motivated team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project.
- Manufacturing/factory environment.
- Subject to noise and temperature changes.
