This position is responsible for performing installation of attachments and parts while ensuring consistent product quality is delivered to customers. This position is also responsible for both the inspection and repair of imported and work order modified machines to meet JCB Global standards.

• Process machine work orders
• Installation of attachments and parts
• Identify and order parts required to complete repairs or modifications of all JCB equipment prior to shipment
• Assist with retrofit and rework of customer's orders as necessary
• Machine troubleshooting and adjustment
• Operate in a safe manner.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures.

• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Three to five years of working knowledge in the trade

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and/or electronics
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and self-directed
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Ability to operate all JCB manufactured equipment or demonstrated ability to learn
• Flexible with work activities
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and work well with other team members
• Must wear protective eyewear and safety shoes at all times
