The Powder Paint Team Member is responsible for performing all powder coating operations within the Paint Shop, ensuring components and equipment meet durability, adhesion, and appearance standards required for heavy‑duty construction equipment.

This role supports the full powder coating process, including surface preparation, application, curing, and finishing, while maintaining high levels of safety, productivity, and quality in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
