Purpose
This position is responsible for providing adequate support to all manufacturing areas with increased volume and growth.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities- Supporting and developing the entire manufacturing or assembly team, including a minimum of four Team Leaders and fifty Team Members
- Manage all aspects of Assembly/Manufacturing including planning, organizing, staffing, etc.
- Responsible for meeting production requirements while also meeting performance metrics in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma
- Five years of previous manufacturing experience
- Three years in a leadership role
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre‑employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field
- 5 – 7 years of assembly experience in a related industry
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Able to use creative problem‑solving skills
- Detail oriented and self‑directed
- Ability to multi‑task while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Ability to be flexible with work activities
- Ability to give direction well, either verbal or written
- Manufacturing/factory environment.
- Subject to noise and temperature changes.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including but not limited to overtime, Saturday and/or Sunday work.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs, frequently and/or move up to 35lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
