Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia is required.
In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical and non‑clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.
Responsibilities- Supervise clinical operations of the home health team and report to the Agency Administrator.
- Organize, detail‑oriented, and communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Understand issues related to delivery of home health care services and problem solve.
- Review plans of care daily, applying knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Minimum of one‑year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
- Medicare home health experience strongly preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
