Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Perform vital signs, monitor health status, and report changes to registered nurses or physicians

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, as needed

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care transitions and resident satisfaction

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Georgia

• Minimum 0 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse resident populations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
