• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and healthcare providers.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques to ensure resident safety.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously assess and improve patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a state‑approved CNA training program.
• Prior experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with proper technique.
