Job Summary

Full‑time night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) on a state‑of‑the‑art, 21‑bed Neuro‑Med/Surg unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, high‑quality patient‑centered care while utilizing technology, tools, and staff support to streamline monitoring and communication. The position offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, a sign‑on bonus up to $15 k, and strong growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the patient’s condition during admission and at each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation in the patient’s medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate patient needs, and resolve them.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex terminology.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of start date.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Prior acute‑care hospital experience is required.
