We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Resorts at Pooler, a premier Nursing Home in Pooler, Georgia. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a 7a-7p LPN, you will be responsible for working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient charts
• Assessing residents' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions as needed
• Communicating effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and reporting any concerns or incidents

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent
• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
