Responsibilities:

• Provide restorative care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs) and restorative therapies

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Assist with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and other restorative therapies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Promote resident safety and prevent falls by implementing safety measures and reporting concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Previous experience in a long-term care setting, preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
