Assistant Manager; Charleston & Savannah

JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell Franchisee, is currently seeking qualified Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to join our teams in the Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA markets. Salaries range from $50,000 to $60,000+ annually, contingent upon location and experience. In this role, you will be required to maintain open availability and work a 50-hour work week. As an AGM, you will support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing daily operations, scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and training personnel.

• Operational Management:
  Ensuring exceptional shift execution, compliance with health/safety regulations, and cost control measures for labor and food.
• Team Leadership:
  Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling team members to deliver superior customer service. Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Resolving customer concerns and fostering a friendly, efficient guest experience.
• Support:
  Serving as the right-hand to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and leading in their absence.

Prior experience in food service or retail management, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
