JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is currently seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to oversee daily operations and lead teams of 10-45 employees in the Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA markets. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 4+ years of management experience and demonstrate a commitment to ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability. The positions feature a 50-hour work week with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, as well as attractive benefits such as paid vacation, free meals, a robust bonus program, 401(k) with match, and health insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Directing, training, and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members
- Managing food safety, guest service, inventory, and restaurant equipment
- Driving, monitoring, and achieving restaurant budgets, sales, and profitability goals
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 4+ years of restaurant management experience and the ability to work long and irregular shifts.
