Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Sam’s Club is looking for a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate to join our team of dedicated associates who keep our shelves stocked, maintain quality, and provide excellent customer service. This role is entry‑level and can be part‑time.

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr, based on skills and experience.

• Stock, pack, and maintain freezers, coolers, and deli products to ensure freshness and availability.
• Monitor temperature, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality items.
• Keep shelves and displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow food‑handling and sanitation procedures.
• Provide member service, answering questions and assisting with purchases.
• Conduct safety sweeps and adhere to forklift, hazardous‑material, and steel‑standard guidelines.
• Assist with returns, claims, pricing, and documentation as required.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience or passion for stocking and customer service.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems.
• Creative thinker who embraces change.

• Previous experience in a grocery, wholesale, or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of freezer or refrigeration units.
