AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

• Passionate about brand standards and a go-getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Master of the stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative; whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, inform store leadership, make a game plan and take action to correct it.
• Team player, always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests.
• Adheres to safety, asset protection and AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have strong organization, attention to detail and are skilled at priority setting and time management.
• Flexible availability – you can get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
• Paid Time Off, sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, type, location, classification and years of service.
