Key Responsibilities- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Managing cash and adhering to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy procedures.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Skills and Abilities
Required
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven atmosphere.
- Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail environment.
