Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, and handling and disposing of hazardous materials; correct or report unsafe situations to management.
• Fulfill Member Fax ’n Pull and Click ’n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks, communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties and feedback.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services; comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
