Demonstrates knowledge of product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management;
Prepares meat products according to established standards (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming);
Maintains product quality standards and ensures proper packaging and labeling;
Provides exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed.
