Position SummaryDevelops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvement opportunities; adapting to changes.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services; complies with company policies and ethics; applies open-door policy.
CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
