Merchandiser​/Order Writer

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintaining/changing out displays
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of products
• Construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
• Order products for shelf and display to ensure stock conditions
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient service
• Enhance seasonal sales and displays
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and independent work capability
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location:
