Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty;
Greet and engage every guest, personalize service to their needs, offer samples, and recommend complementary products and/or services;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests;
Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and active contact with a growing customer list for Clinique brand sales
